Reporting and Consequences:
If you experience or witness harassment, please report it immediately to Cavern City Tours and International Beatleweek event staff or security. All reports will be treated confidentially and addressed promptly. Offenders may be removed from the festival without refund and banned from future events.
Cavern City Tours staff are on hand at all festival events as is security. Additionally there is a ‘Help Desk’ located in The Adelphi Hotel lounge from Thursday to Monday for any issues you may want to speak to us about. Please see your welcome letter (distributed nearer to the festival date) for opening times and contact details.
We thank you for helping us maintain a positive, respectful and safe atmosphere for all at International Beatleweek.
